In compliance with FTC guidelines please assume that links on the Zoe Larkin Photography website are affiliate links in which Zoe Larkin Photography receives a small commission for the sale of certain items, however this does not affect the price for you.

What are affiliate links?

Purchases are made on external affiliate company websites. When a reader clicks on an affiliate link on zoelarkin.com website to purchase an item, the reader buys the item from the seller directly . Amazon and/or other companies pay zoelarkin.com a small commission or other compensation for promoting their website or products through their affiliate program.

Prices are the same for you if you purchase through an affiliate link; you will not pay more by clicking through to the link.
I use two main types of affiliate programs:

1. Amazon affiliate links

I’m a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, on this website and other websites owned by me. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

This program is an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for bloggers and content creators to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.

Posts that appear on zoelarkin.com may contain affiliate links. This will not affect the price you pay for the item. However, Zoe Larkin Photography will be paid a commission on the items that you purchase.

If you click on a link to an Amazon product (with a special code for affiliates embedded in the link), and places an item in the cart through that link within 24 hours of clicking the link, I will earn a small percentage of the sale. If you click on the product link and stay on Amazon and purchase something else, I will earn a commission on that sale, too.

2. Product affiliate links

These affiliate links work the same way: if you click the link and buy the product, I may earn a percentage of the sale or some other type of compensation.

Items including computer software, camera hardware and wedding-related services that I promote on this blog are often an affiliate link.

Again, prices are not different if you use these affiliate links. You will not pay more by clicking through to the link.
When I link to a product, it is not with the intention of earning a commission. Rather, I link to items I believe in, love and most commonly, use myself (particularly as regards software and digital products).

However, such items are purchased from a third party company and I have no control over these companies.

Any problems or concerns with a product you purchased through an affiliate link needs to be addressed with the company you purchased the product from.

My website abides by word of mouth marketing standards. I believe in honesty of relationship, opinion and identity. The compensation received may influence the advertising content, topics or posts made in this blog. That content, advertising space or post will be clearly identified as paid or sponsored content.

I will not and would not refer a reader to any product I have not, or would not, purchase for myself, family, peers or clients.

Even though I receive compensation for our posts or advertisements, I always give my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences on those topics or products. The views and opinions expressed on zoelarkin.com are purely my own. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question.
