Andrea and Sterling chose the Berkeley Rose Garden for their seriously cute Fall engagement session. Think gorgeous sunset, crisp leaves flying everywhere, giggles & squeezing, and paper cranes for their upcoming wedding. They would be the first to admit they were a little nervous when we first started out, but it didn’t take more than a few minutes for them to loosen up and forget I was there.
I help couples who may usually have never had pro photos taken before by giving them gentle posing prompts that feel organic, and encouraging the spontaneous, natural interactions between two people in love.
I love to help couples find locations that really feel just right or have played a part in their story. Andrea had a firm idea in mind that she definitely wanted to shoot at the Berkeley Rose Garden and just over the way at Codornices Park. And I love that, too! There’s nothing better than bringing your photographer to a meaningful place to the two of you.
